It was started from a belief that it is possible to take a more creative, dynamic, responsive and innovative approach to international aid and development.
Indigo creates long-term respectful mutual learning, partnerships with local grassroots organisations, in some of the most marginalised communities in the world. It supports them to achieve their development goals and to promote and defend their human rights by empowering women and girls, improving education and health outcomes and to secure better livelihoods for families.
In addition Stav will share her leadership journey, reflecting on the experiences, challenges, and opportunities that have shaped her career in the international development sector.
