Women in Leadership - A Conversation with Stav Zotalis

Women in Leadership: A Conversation with Stav Zotalis Online Event - Tuesday- July 14th

Join Women in Aid and Development for an inspiring online conversation with Stav Zotalis, Executive Director of Indigo Foundation.

In this special event, we will explore the mission approach and impact of the indigo foundation, an innovative, independent community development organisation established in 2000 in Australia. It was started from a belief that it is possible to take a more creative, dynamic, responsive and innovative approach to international aid and development.

Indigo creates long-term respectful mutual learning, partnerships with local grassroots organisations, in some of the most marginalised communities in the world. It supports them to achieve their development goals and to promote and defend their human rights by empowering women and girls, improving education and health outcomes and to secure better livelihoods for families.

In addition Stav will share her leadership journey, reflecting on the experiences, challenges, and opportunities that have shaped her career in the international development sector. Attendees will gain valuable insights into leadership, career growth, and the lessons she has learned while working to create meaningful and lasting impact through community-led development.

Whether you are beginning your career, aspiring to a leadership role, or looking to connect with others passionate about social justice and international development, this online event offers a unique opportunity to hear from an accomplished woman leader, learn more about the organisation she leads, and engage in a thoughtful discussion about leadership, purpose, and impact.

Join us online from wherever you are for an evening of conversation, reflection, and inspiration.
