Women in Aid & Development hosts networking meetings quarterly in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and online and has around 1800 women on our database connecting via Facebook, MeetUp, LinkedIn and the website from around the world. We support women who want to advance their careers and secure leadership roles in future inviting speakers from all backgrounds to discuss their careers, the choices they have made and to provide inspiration and encouragement to the women attending.

The Women in Aid & Development Mentoring Program is designed to match mentors with mentees and provide support and encouragement to women working in the sector or planning to work in the sector. We know the importance of mentors in achieving professional success and securing career input which may be otherwise not easy to access.
